Pom’cannelle

Let’s discover the cocktail recipe Pom’cannelle with Gingerbread Liqueur or Christmas Liqueur, Calvados and apple juice.

It’s an easy cocktail recipe you can make at home. Only 3 ingredients are necessary:

• Gingerbread liqueur or in French Liqueur de Pain d’épices, also called Christmas liqueur (Liqueur de Noël)
• Calvados, apple’s French brandy
• Apple Juice

We call it Pom’cannelle which means Apple cinnamon. Apple of course with Calvados and juice and cinnamon because it’s the major flavor you taste in the gingerbread liqueur.

Cinnamon and apple are a perfect match in this pom’cannelle cocktail.
