Description

The “Brise végétale” cocktail is made with Rhubarb liqueur and Arquebuse Briottet.

It was created for the Spritz 2022 competition by Marina Bourlon de Rouvre.

Ingredients - 1 Pers.

  • Rhubarb liqueur - 8cl
  • Arquebuse - 2cl
  • Crémant de Bourgogne - 2cl
  • Sparkling water - 2cl

Preparation

  1. Fill the glass with crushed ice.
  2. Combine all the ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Serve with a straw.
