Description Strawberry Daïquiri Spritz is a cocktail based on Wild Strawberry Liqueur, created as part of the Briottet Spritz Competition (summer 2022). Created and made by Conor McCormick, of the Margot Belfast bar. Recipe card Ingredients - 1 Pers. Wild Strawberry Liqueur - 30ml Rum Myers - 30ml Lime juice - 20ml Ginger Ale - 35ml Grenadine - 5ml Prosecco - 35ml Preparation Mix 30ml Myers Jamaican Rum, 30ml Briottet Wild Strawberry liqueur, 20ml lime juice, 5ml grenadin. Shake and strain finely into a wine glass Add ice and top up with 35ml Prosecco and 35ml Ginger Ale Cheers !
