Description The “Brise végétale” cocktail is made with Rhubarb liqueur and Arquebuse Briottet. It was created for the Spritz 2022 competition by Marina Bourlon de Rouvre. Recipe card Ingredients - 1 Pers. Rhubarb liqueur - 8cl Arquebuse - 2cl Crémant de Bourgogne - 2cl Sparkling water - 2cl Preparation Fill the glass with crushed ice. Combine all the ingredients. Mix well. Serve with a straw.
