Description

English Breakfast Cocktail is a cocktail made from elderflower liqueur, gin, black tea and lemon juice.

Created by Simon Difford in 2006 in London, light and fragrant cocktail highlighting the elderflower.

Ingredients - 1 Pers.

  • Liqueur Fleur de Sureau Briottet - 3cl
  • London Dry Gin - 3cl
  • Cold Freshy brewed black tea - 3cl
  • Fresh lemon juice - 1,5cl

Preparation

  1. Add the ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake
  2. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
  3. Express the oils from an orange zest and garnish the cocktail with it
