Add Briottet Rhubarb Liqueur. Add Ginger and Lemongrass Cordial. To balance the sweetness of the Cordial and the Liqueur, add fresh lemon juice. Shake. Pour in a mini shaker. Add optionally dry ice and some lemon essential oils.
