This Dijon Crème de Cassis in mousse form is made from a variety of 100% Noir de Bourgogne blackcurrant harvested in Burgundy.

Surprise yourself with this unique alcoholic mousse made with Dijon blackcurrant.

Developed under Boosterdry® licence – an exclusive patented process for producing alcohol emulsions – this mousse with its silky texture is lactose- and gluten-free.

Tangy and slightly sweet, it will liven up your chocolate fondant cake and other desserts.

Shelf life 18 months, will keep for 3 to 6 months after opening.
35 cl mousse equivalent to 1 L of expanded mousse.
Packaged in 6s, combination possible with other bottles (70 cl, 50 cl).
