Here are some Lemoncelo recipes: mix 1/3 of it with 2/3 of chilled dry white wine. Not forgetting the Cokello cocktail, which is made up of one volume of Lemoncelo for two volumes of white rum. Top up glasses with cola to suit your thirst. And lastly the “Trou Italo-Normand”: lemon sorbet with Lemoncelo added to it.
