Spritz bourguignon Briottet

Cocktail made from Crème de Cassis de Dijon Briottet.

 

Ingredients

Crème de Cassis de Dijon 20% Briottet
2cl
Sparkling water
2,5cl
Ciane, Gentiane Liqueur 16% from Distillerie Pierre Guy
1cl
Slice of orange
0,25
Crémant de Bourgogne from Vitteaut Alberti
8cl
Ice cube

1. Pour the Crème de Cassis de Dijon.
2. Add the Ciane.
3. Complete with the Crémant de Bourgogne.
4. Finish filling the glass with sparkling water.
5. Serve with a quarter of a slice of orange.
