Cocktail Foire de Dijon 2021 Liqueur Pain Epices Briottet

Cocktail made from Briottet Gingerbread Liqueur.

A subtle cocktail where gin spices combine with gingerbread and a sweet infusion of blackcurrant.

Ingredients

Gingerbread Liqueur
2cl
London Dry Gin 37,5%
4cl
Infusion hibiscus peppermint blackcurrant (product found in organic stores)
6cl
Cane sugar
3cl

Refresh the tasting glass with ice cubes.

In a shaker pour 1 scoop of ice cubes and the different ingredients.

Shake until the mixture is cold.

Filter into the tasting glass from which the ice has been removed.
