Cocktail made from Liqueur de Caramel Briottet.
Cocktail created by Nick Strangeway in 2002. Toffee goodness mixed with apple crispness, the perfect autumnal cocktail.
Ingredients
Liqueur de Caramel Briottet
3cl
Calvados VS Briottet
3cl
Cloudy apple juice
6cl
Fresh lemon juice
1cl
1. Add the ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake
2. Strain into a chilled trumbler glass over ice
3. Garnish with apple spears and a lime wheel
