Preparation

Mix 30ml Myers Jamaican Rum, 30ml Briottet Wild Strawberry liqueur, 20ml lime juice, 5ml grenadin.

Shake and strain finely into a wine glass

Add ice and top up with 35ml Prosecco and 35ml Ginger Ale
