Strawberry or Banana Mojito

Preparation

   First pour the brown sugar into the glass.

   Add the rum.

   Then the lime.

   With a pestle, press those ingredients.

   Then add the Briottet Crème de Fraise des Bois, or the Briottet Crème de Banane, your choice!

   Pour sparkling water.

   Finish with the ice cubes (crushed) and mint leaves.
