Each year, the British magazine Class. Magazine — a trusted reference in the world of bars and mixology — publishes its Class. Report. This report is based on a comprehensive survey of dozens of exceptional bars across the UK, including award-winning cocktail venues, luxury hotel bars, and cutting-edge establishments known for their creativity and influence in the bartending world.
Bar professionals (head bartenders, bar managers, and mixologists) are invited to vote across multiple categories: vodka, gin, rum, tequila, whisky, bitters, liqueurs, and more. The most cited brands are then ranked based on two key criteria:
- The most frequently used brands in the participating venues
- The most recommended brands by the bartenders themselves
In the 2025 edition, Briottet secured 2nd place in the Liqueurs category, just behind a historic market leader — a testament to our growing presence in some of the UK’s most influential bars.
