Each year, Drinks International publishes the Brands Report, a benchmark study analysing purchasing habits and trends in the world’s best bars. This ranking is based on a survey of owners, managers and head bartenders of the most influential establishments, selected from the 50 Best Bars and their regional lists.

Participants are asked to name their three best-selling products and the most popular brands (those that are generating excitement, even if they are not yet the best sellers). The ranking of trending brands is therefore based on the opinions of industry experts, reflecting the quality, innovation and growth potential of the products.
