Description Cocktail made with Briottet Rhubarb liqueur and Briottet Rose liqueur. A fresh and fruity cocktail, ideal for spring aperitifs. Recipe card Ingredients - 1 Pers. Briottet Rhubarb Liqueur - 3cl Briottet Rose Liqueur - 1,5cl Aecorn Bitter (or Campari) - 1cl Prosecco (or Crémant de Bourgogne) - 2,5cl Soda Water - 5cl Lemon slices - 2 Preparation Mix the liqueurs and Campari with a shaker. Top up with Prosecco and soda water. Serve in a chilled rocks glass. Add the lemon slices. Enjoy!
