In terms of the media, 2023 was a busy year for Briottet in the press, on television and on the radio.
We shared our story with France Bleu, in a podcast entitled “Bienvenue chez vous en Bourgogne”. On the programme: tasty, crisp anecdotes that reveal a little more about our House, and the excellence that we strive for in our products. We also had the pleasure of appearing on Europe 1’s “Le Marché de midi” programme.
Our company was also featured on the small screen, appearing on TF1’s 1pm news programme, then on France 3’s Météo à la Carte, as well as on Arte with a report entitled “Le ventre de Dijon” A unique opportunity to share our commitment to artisan quality. 📺
Active participation in several trade shows.
We were delighted to play an active role at the Salon de l’Agriculture. We proudly displayed our crème de cassis on the stand of the Fédération Française des Spiritueux, while also taking part in the inauguration of the Bourgogne Franche-Comté stand. It was a great opportunity to celebrate the richness of our terroir.
In September, we once again took part in Show les Papilles. This event has become a must for the people of Dijon. It’s a great opportunity to celebrate our gastronomy with other EPV-labelled companies.
As for the end of 2023, it was marked by the 100th anniversary of the end of Cassis de Dijon. This anniversary was celebrated in style at the Foire Gastronomique de Dijon with Agriculture Minister Marc Fesneau.
2023, a year full of novelties
Liqueurs are perfect for cocktails, but they’re not the only ones! We’ve created a whole host of recipes using our liqueurs, because they’re also perfect for desserts and aperitifs. A real treat for your taste buds!
With the environment in mind, we’ve taken part in the installation of wild bee hotels in the ‘Noir de Bourgogne’ blackcurrant fields. An ecological initiative aimed at preserving biodiversity and promoting nature-friendly agriculture. Many thanks to Florent Baillard for his warm welcome! 🐝
Our liqueurs have travelled to the four corners of Burgundy, as you can see from our series of photos entitled “Briottet liqueurs on the road”. They even set out to conquer Costa Rica this year! Briottet liqueurs are now available in more than 30 countries… we’re so proud to be able to promote our expertise beyond France!
And to end the year beautifully, we worked with chef Julien Chauvenet from Foodies to create a delicious sweet four-hander. An incredible Paris-Brest recipe that combines blackcurrants with praline. The chef naturally called it the Paris-Dijon. What better way to end the year than on a gourmet note?
New cocktails, new flavours, new storage units by UBM Menuiserie… 2023 was full of new products and innovations.
But all these new products do not change Maison Briottet’s commitment: to offer you the best products, always with the same passion for 6 generations.
