Rhubarb and Custard SpritzCocktail recipe
Cocktail made with Briottet Rhubarb Liqueur.
Third prize winner in the Briottet Spritz competition (summer 2022).

Briottet Rhubarb Liqueur
Shortcross Irish Poitin
- Mix all the ingredients (except the cream and cream soda).
- Pour the mixture over the cream and leave to stand before straining.
- Pour into a chilled glass.
- Add a large ice cube and top up with cream soda.
