      Pour Peychaud’s bitters.

      Add fresh lemon juice.

      Then the sugar syrup.

      Add the Briottet Crème d’Abricot.

    5. 5

      Pour the gin.

      Shake.

      And finally pour in a coupe and complete with champagne.
