For our apricot liqueur, we select the most delicious variety of apricot : the “Bergeron” apricot. Harvested in August in the Rhone valley (south of France) we leave the apricots to macerate for several months in a mixture of water and very fine French neutral alcohol.
An extraordinary product that you really do need to taste as soon as you can !
You can drink it neat on the rocks, or with a dry or sparkling white wine. As for cocktails, give “Paradise” a go: 4 cl of gin, 2 cl of Briottet Apricot liqueur, and 4 cl of orange juice.

Mark: 17/20. A good fresh nose velvety in the mouth a slightly fruit-stone-like bitter note generous full-bodied harmonious a very long finish.
