Summer Madness

Preparation

   In a shaker, mix the Briottet Grapefruit Liqueur, Sake, grapefruit juice, chilli and honey.

   Shake the mixture and strain it into a Hurricane glass.

   Pour in the lager.

   Strain twice.

   Garnish with a grapefruit wedge and add a straw.
