Cocktail made from crème de Pêche Briottet.

Cocktail created by one of the bar industry legend and Tiki culture icon, Victor Jules Bergeron better known by his nickname Trader Vic.

 

Ingredients
1 Person
Crème de pêche Briottet or Crème de Pêche de vigne Briottet
1,5cl
Fresh pineapple juice
4,5cl
Simple syrup
4,5cl
Fresh Lime juice
2,5cl
Mint
10 leaves
Pebbled ice (about how much your glass can hold)
25cl

1. Fill the glass with pebbled ice
2. Add the ingredients to a blender, blend on high speed
3. Serve in a chilled double coupe glasse
4. Garnish with Pineapple, mint and a maraschino cherry.
5. Serve with a straw
