Cocktail Aku Aku is made from crème de Pêche Briottet.

Crème de pêche Briottet or Crème de Pêche de vigne Briottet
1,5cl
Fresh pineapple juice
4,5cl
Pebbled ice (about how much your glass can hold)
25cl
1. Fill the glass with pebbled ice
2. Add the ingredients to a blender, included Crème de Pêche and blend on high speed
3. Serve in a chilled double coupe glass
4. Garnish with Pineapple, mint and a maraschino cherry.
5. Serve with a straw
If you don’t have Crème de Pêche, you can use Crème de Pêche de vigne (wild peach).
