Created by Simon Difford in 2006 in London, light and fragrant cocktail highlighting the elderflower.

 

Ingredients

Liqueur Fleur de Sureau Briottet
3cl
London Dry Gin
3cl
Freshy brewed black tea
3cl
Fresh lemon juice
1,5cl

1. Add the ingredients to a shaker tin with ice and shake
2. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass
3. Express the oils from an orange zest and garnish the cocktail with it
