Cocktail made with Briottet Rhubarb liqueur and Briottet Rose liqueur.

A fresh and fruity cocktail, ideal for spring aperitifs.

Ingredients

Briottet Rhubarb Liqueur
3cl
Briottet Rose Liqueur
1,5cl
Aecorn Bitter (or Campari)
1cl
Prosecco (or Crémant de Bourgogne)
2,5cl
Soda Water
5cl
Lemon slices

  1. Mix the liqueurs and Campari with a shaker.
  2. Top up with Prosecco and soda water.
  3. Serve in a chilled rocks glass.
  4. Add the lemon slices.
  5. Enjoy!
