Cocktail made from Crème de Cerise Briottet.
Created by Charles Joly in 2013 at The Aviary in Chicago, the measures and dillution of this cocktail are key to achieve the right balance for this fine cocktail.
Ingredients
Crème de Cerise Briottet
2,5cl
Rhum ambré Briottet
5cl
Fino sherry
2,5cl
Angostura aromatic bitters
1 dash
Orange bitters
1 dash
1. Combine all the ingredients over ice in a mixing glass
2. Srain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cube
3. Express the oils from an orange zest and garnish the cocktail with it
