Stay calm, it is by an election that Claire became the first woman president of the Union of Producers of Cassis de Dijon!
Created in 1945, this union brings together the 4 Dijon houses Gabriel Boudier, Lejay, L’Héritier Fuyot and Maison Briottet to defend this Geographical Indication “Cassis de Dijon”.
And Claire intends to defend it up to the international level, and especially against China which is today a real threat for this product of the Dijon terroir.
