In the heart of the Gastronomic Village, discover the Living Heritage Companies (EPV) for numerous demonstrations and tastings.
To celebrate gastronomy as it should be, we will be alongside other fine local companies such as Edmond Fallot, Maison Dufoux, Anis de Flavigny, or Mulot et Petitjean.
We will be waiting for you next to the La Planche grocery/cheese shop to (re)introduce you to our products.
And this year, we will have the honour of having Stéphane Derbord, the former chef of the eponymous restaurant on Place Wilson, as the event’s patron.
As you can see, this is the Dijon event not to be missed! 🙂
