The pomegranate tree is a shrub which originates in northern India. Its red-orange fruit, the pomegranate, is shaped like an apple and contains hundreds of seeds inside it.

Briottet Pomegranate liqueur can be drunk on its own or as an accompaniment to desserts such as pana cotta, for example. As part of a cocktail, to make a Pomegranate Margarita : in a cocktail shaker, shake with ice cubes 4 cl of Briottet Pomegranate Liqueur, 2 cl of tequila, 1.5 cl of Briottet Triple Sec Curacao (40% alc.), and 1 cl of lime juice.
