Our cognacs are made using grapes from vines of the Ugni-Blanc variety, which grow in the best cognac-producing area in Grande Champagne cognac district, the “golden triangle”, the heartland where the soil contains the most limestone.
Distillation takes place twice using a Charentais still made from copper.
As for ageing, it is carried out using oak barrels made from oak from the Limousin area.
Our Cognac VS (for “Very Special”) is a blend of several eaux de vie, the youngest of which will have spent three years in a oak barrel.
