Description
Absinthe which for years was produced in Pontarlier in the east of France and then prohibited due to medical risks is again legal.
The plant is grown in Pontarlier and then distilled along with green aniseed.
When tasting it you will note a taste somewhat similar to that of aniseed but very different at the same time: an incomparable flavour.
