The “Lorraine Delight”: 4 cl of Briottet Mirabelle Plum liqueur, 1 tablespoon of Briottet Crème de Cassis (blackcurrant liqueur, 20% alcohol), 6 cl of orange juice. Get a glass half-full of ice, pour in the Mirabelle liqueur and then the orange juice, and lastly the Crème de Cassis. Shake with ice and serve with a straw.
