Description
Damsons are an excellent variety of plum and are a purple or dark blue colour. Their yellow flesh is very sweet and moderately acidulous. Briottet’s Damson Eau de Vie (45% volume) is obtained by fermenting damsons and then by means of distillation.
Our Damson Eau de Vie is very round. the product exhibits the minor acidulous note of the fruit.
