The Mirabelle plum is a delicious variety of plum. It is yellow, often dappled with red, and its flesh is very sweet. Stringent selection of Mirabelle plums from the best production areas (notably Lorraine) ensures that our eau de vie is of unparalleled quality.
Distillation following fermentation enables the fruits flavours to be concentrated. Our Mirabelle Plum Eau de Vie is very supple and round.
