For Crème de Griotte Briottet, we macerate cherries in a water-alcohol mix for more than two months. Morello cherries are ideal for making liqueurs, due to their acidity.
It can be drunk neat on the rocks or with a dry or sparkling white wine. As a cocktail, try the “Tangerine”: 4 cl of vodka, 2 cl of Briottet Crème de Griottet, and lemonade (soda). Serve with ice.
