For this Briogreen cocktail, you will need Curaçao Bleu, Coco Liqueur, Rhum Blanc Agricole Briottet and pineapple juice.
With blue curaçao, one could imagine a blue final color. Well no! With pineapple juice, the Briogreen is quite green! A color that can surprise and intrigue.
For this cocktail you will find the note of citrus curaçao, the exotic flavors of pineapple and coconut as well as the warmth of rum.
Consider adding plenty of ice to refresh this cocktail.
And if you receive in number, you can prepare it in advance by placing it in the refrigerator. As for the ice cubes, they will be added to serve.
As a side note, this cocktail was created by Claire Briottet and her husband during the 2020 lockdown. Every Saturday, for lack of friends to share, they would have a cocktail party at home and publish a video.

1. Begin with Briottet White Rum.
2. Pour the Briottet Blue Curaçao .
3. Add the Briottet Coconut Liqueur.
4. Thin the cocktail with pineapple juice.
5. Finish with the ice cubes.
