Cocktail made from Liqueur de Coco Briottet.

Cocktail born from a mistake while making a classic Negroni, Sarah Morrisey had not rinsed her jigger of the coconut liquer from the previous drink. Served with a champagne sidecar as a nod to the Negroni Sbagliato, another cocktail created from a mistake.

 

Ingredients
1 Person
Liqueur de Coco Briottet
1cl
Campari
3cl
London Dry Gin
3cl
Sweet vermouth
1cl
Champagne
6cl

1. Combine the first 4 ingredients over ice in a mixing glass
2. Strain into a double old-fashioned glass over ice cubes
3. Express the oils from a grapefruit zest and garnish the cocktail with it
4. Serve the champagne as a sidecar
