Cassis de Dijon
Our liqueurs are made exclusively by macerating blackcurrant berries harvested in Burgundy. They all have the Geographical Indication: "Cassis de Dijon".
We are committed to always offering the best possible product, which is why we selected the "Noir de Bourgogne", because it’s the most noble and aromatic variety.
We offer a range of Dijon Crèmes de Cassis from 15 to 20% alc., with an increasing blackcurrant berry content: from 250 g of blackcurrants/litre for our Dijon Crème de Cassis 15% alc., to almost 600 g of blackcurrants/litre for Crème de Cassis par Gérard Briottet 20% alc.
